The organizations participating in the research are Sakai City @sakai_koho Osaka Public University (Iseikai International General Hospital) @OsakaMetUniv @iseikai3 Sonova Japan K.K. @swiss_phonak A rough outline of the research is as follows "Investigation and research on the effect of compensating for delays in language development and learning ability due to LiD/APD by lending the Roger System to children with LiD/APD living in Sakai City and wearing the system at home and at school. The key point is to evaluate the impact [by making the system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week]. I can't stream scary games because of my auditory processing disorder, makes me react so much slower than anyone else.😂 My coworkers would scare me all the time because of my reaction, I was always late. #AuditoryProcessingDisorder is a real challenge & yes you can experience this in childhood. As you get older and you are an adult, the delays in processing can really impact interpersonal relationships. I need to emphasize the importance of asking particular questions such as asking someone if they have the capacity or even asking for further clarification and understanding.
