On May 28, 2025, I had the honor of hosting a remarkable gathering at my residence in Enugu, bringing together influential leaders from all corners of Awgu. Former council chairmen, current and past members of the Enugu State House of Assembly, commissioners, and business representatives united for a common purpose: the progress and prosperity of our beloved Awgu. The evening began with a heartfelt prayer led by Rt. Hon. Alex Ogbonia, setting a tone of reverence and collaboration. I expressed my deep gratitude to everyone for their unwavering support for our Governor, Dr. Ndubuisi Mbah, and emphasized the importance of unity in our journey towards sustainable development. Together, we can harness our strengths to foster good governance and build a brighter future! 💪✨ I shared exciting updates on our initiatives, including the completion of over 14 solar boreholes under the “Water for All” initiative and ongoing construction of access roads to smart green schools and farm estates. As we enjoyed a night filled with laughter and camaraderie, it became clear that our collective commitment to peace and cooperation is vital. I urged everyone to come together as one family to resolve our differences and create a harmonious Awgu. The positive response from attendees was overwhelming, and I am grateful for their commitment to supporting our leadership and recognizing the progress we’ve made.
