GLI1-altered mesenchymal tumor is a "great mimicker" that can morphologically/immunohistochemically imitate many other entities. The presence of a lobular tumor with round to epithelioid cells and nests of tumor cells protruding onto vascular spaces can be a helpful hint for further assessment.
