Execplans get written into Issues on GitHub/Linear Must go into an Issue Tracker otherwise state management/PR stacking is a nightmare You'll use two thread loops 1 for stacking net new PRs 1 for reviewing new PRs ordered by creation date For net new PRs 'your job is to create new pr's following the PLAN.md (read openai's blog on it) and executing 1 issue at a time. For each issue, generate commits conventionally and commit often where it makes sense. when you complete the entire issue and validate, submit the PR. Use PR Body skill or if you dont have it write a nice PR that is updated, link back the related issues. When you submit the PR run AUtoreview on it to patch any brittle issues. For reviewing new PRs 'your job is to review pr's as they come in. order by oldest creation date, and review them using PR Swarm and autoreview. if you have issues, run fix ci. Upon green, merge into main (or branch u want). If you dont have any PR's available it means that we're still working on new PR's, so set a timer to check back every half hour for the next 8 hours'. Add this part if you want Claude to do UI UX: Denote each UI part to be completed by Claude using headless Claude. We talk about it a lot! But BYOKey is different than bringing their own model. BYOK is comparatively easy because you’re still talking to the same model providers with the same API surface—you're mainly swapping credentials and wiring up key management (storage, rotation, usage attribution). BYOM is harder because you’re now supporting new backends: different APIs/SDKs, different capabilities (tool calling/structured output/streaming/multimodal), different tokenization/limits/latency, and different failure modes. To make the product feel consistent, you end up building and maintaining a compatibility routing layer (plus fallbacks) across providers, and that maintenance cost never really stops as models and platforms change.

トークンの性能に対するコスパは1年で10倍近くになっている。今のミドルクラスのsonnet4.6は半年前ハイエンドだったopus4.1より高性能だがトークン単価はそれより安い。日本だとトークン利用はサブスクより割高だし馴染みもないかもだけど数ヶ月後にはガンガン使えるようになってる可能性が高い。byokeyサービスはすでにありふれてるけど第2波があるんじゃないかと思ってる。
