Getting positioned in @babelbit below 0.005 ฯ„ or in USD terms $1 is a blessing. There will be a day when people think "Imagine investing in SN59 at under $1."
IMO The best asymmetrical investment in the Bittensor ecosystem right now ๐Ÿ‘‡ SN59. @babelbit . $4.3M market cap. The token trades at $0.83. And the team? Matthew Karas built BBC News Online. Josh Greifer architected Steinberg Cubase. Tom Horner ran trading systems for Citibank and BNP Paribas. These aren't crypto founders doing a pivot. These are people who've actually shipped things that matter. What they're building is real-time speech interpretation not translation. There's a difference. Translation is word-for-word. Interpretation preserves meaning, tone, cultural context. The kind of thing you need when a CEO is presenting in Tokyo and the nuance actually matters. The trick is predictive utterance completion. The model guesses where your sentence is going before you finish it. That cuts latency to ~1.5 seconds end-to-end. Google's Pixel Interpreter does 6-7 seconds. Babelbit is already ~5x faster, and French-English live is shipping now. Here's what I like about the setup: 256/256 UIDs are full. No room for new miners without kicking someone out. That tells you demand is real. MogMachine the Legend who built Taostats joined their board in February. And they've accidentally discovered a second product: "Grammarly for Speech." English-to-English paraphrasing and dialect normalization. First enterprise sales meetings are already scheduled. The market they're going after is $29B by 2030. Their stated goal is to surpass Google Translate this year. Now the asymmetry part. You're paying $4.3M market cap for a team with 25 years in speech AI, a live demo, and a board member who literally built the most trusted data source in this ecosystem. Google probably spends more on office snacks. But I'm not going to pretend it's free money. Liquidity is thin โ€” maybe $200K daily volume. The product is early. French-English just launched. Google, Meta, and OpenAI all have translation teams. That said, this is what actual asymmetry looks like. Not a whitepaper. Not a promise. A working product, a serious team, and a price that hasn't caught up yet. Not financial advice. Just what I'm watching. ๐Ÿซก DYOR ๐Ÿ‘‡ babelbit.ai/

None English speakers globally will all use @babelbit to understand these directives when theyโ€™re published ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. $TAO Bittensor Subnet 59, Babelbit. I asked Karas, Babelbit founder: โ€œWhat is the difference between the impact the Transformer caused in Google Translate back in 2017 and the difference in experience that Babelbit may cause now in the real-time translation market? I mean, the Transformer was revolutionary not only for translation, but for AI itself to begin scaling, precisely because it stopped looking word by word and started looking at the whole pictureโ€ฆ which can basically be understood as analyzing context.โ€ Karas replied: โ€œVery very busy now, just launching subnet upgraded etcโ€ฆ butโ€ฆ A: Google Transformer Network 2017: better translation because it looked at the whole sentence (or phrases anyway) at once, to give better translations, rather than word by word. B: Babelbit Speech-Mode Transformer 2025: keeps the benefits of all the transformer networks developed from 2017 to 2025, but recreates them in tokenised speech, which has a whole load of advantages, in latency, meaning, and versatility because it considers that speech and language are the same thing. Babelbit Latency: no STT, no TTS, so lots of steps missing, shortens translation time start translating early because we can guess whatโ€™s coming next. Sometimes this is an audio thing, not discernible by converting to text directly generating output from speech tokens including complete rewrite according to any arbitrary criteria. For latency, this means summarisation and output speed. Other Babelbit advantages - see laterโ€ฆ.โ€ He also sent me the demo video below. Worth watching.

Exactly, one of the most underrated $TAO subnets, I think this subnet has some awesome potential. Study @babelbit understand its potential.
The multi-billion $ global interpreter industry is broken, in particular healthcare and justice industries are perpetually impacted with knock on revenue costs spiralling already stretched budgets. @babelbit is the solution and we already beat Google in French/English ๐Ÿ“ข
