🎙️ Highlights from Ansys 2025 Taiwan Simulation World
Dr. Colin Chang, Director of ProLogium’s Module Product Division, joined the Ansys 2025 Taiwan Simulation World on August 13 to present:
“Vibration and Shock Analysis of Next-Generation Lithium-Ceramic Batteries for Space and Automotive Modules”
This once again demonstrates ProLogium’s unique position in the low-altitude economy sector, where both cell and module designs have been validated by international standards and real-world testing, meeting diverse market applications and requirements.
🔍 Testing Highlights: Dual Verification, Outstanding Stability
🚀 Both ProLogium’s space and automotive battery modules, leveraging our proprietary expertise in module casing geometry design, successfully passed on the first attempt, the stringent space regulations and UN38.3 requirements for vibration and impact testing on charged modules. The results showed exceptional stability with no deformation, voltage changes, fire incidents, or component detachment before or after testing. 🚗
Additionally, we conducted thermal flow tests simulating a space insulation environment. Results confirmed that module temperatures consistently remained below 35°C. Unlike the industry’s typical 10–15% error margin, ProLogium’s process, starting from precise material testing, continuous simulations, and iterative experimental adjustments, achieved an error margin of less than 5%, proving superior thermal stability and reliability within safe operating temperature ranges.
✨ Guided by market application needs as our core design philosophy, ProLogium is committed to holistic safety and stability. Through continuous technology iterations, we deliver next-generation lithium-ceramic batteries that strike the best balance between safety and high performance.
These achievements are not only technological breakthroughs but also a testament to ProLogium’s strength and potential in aerospace, automotive, and future industrial alliances, driving the global battery industry toward higher levels of reliability and sustainable development.
Stay tuned for more of ProLogium’s innovative technologies and design platforms as we continue to shape the key changes that batteries will bring to a net-zero future!
