FLON officially handed over the building to the Ministry of Youth, with whom @ONE_Namibia have an existential lease agreement to operate in the building for 30 years. #BeFreeLaunch #NewSeason

FLON said that the campus will address issues that young people face, especially taboo topics like sex. “Our work is not to replace parents, we will offer training to parents on children development, parents and pastors are welcome,” she said. #BeFreeLaunch

Rivaldo Kavanga captivated the audience with a powerful speech on how important the centre is to young people and praised FLON’s work. He noted that the campus is a manifestation of what happens when dialogues with young people are prioritised. #BeFreeLaunch #NewSeason

Through a role-play called “Before #Befree Theatre Sketch,” Pegasus Productions depicted the services, such as the provision of contraceptives for young people, that will be offered at the #Befree Youth Campus. #BeFreeLaunch #NewSeason

Una also highlighted the challenges they faced but that our achievements pave a new way to freedom from violence, poverty and poor education. In closing, she thanked the people who plowed into the community whose work resulted in the birth of the centre. #BeFreeLaunch #NewSeason
