Excerpt from my upcoming book: Between Two Worlds
"- Tell me, Quasar… why is life so unfair?
- What do you mean, Vaeloria?
- That some people can have anything they want, while others never reach it, no matter how much they suffer for it.
- Come, sit down. I’ll make you some cocoa. I think you need it. Heartbreak?
- No.
- You say no, but I can sense otherwise.
There are civilizations in this universewho believe that every soul is bound to a star each to a different kind. There are dwarfs, neutron stars, magnetars, quark stars, black holes, and so on. You know very well they don’t share the same nature. A dwarf star could never withstand the pressure of a neutron star, and a quark star would not be challenged even by a red giant.
According to those cultures, living beings work the same way. A soul tied to an ordinary star cannot carry the same burden as a soul born of a neutron star. And you, my sweet star… even at your lowest, you are a neutron star.
But I know this is not what you needed to hear right now.
The greatest loves in the cosmos are born of neutron stars, and they bloom as kilonovae.
- What does that mean, Quas?
- It means that your true counterpart must be at least a neutron star as well. Look at him! He is more than that. And once you fully awaken, anything less would be destroyed beside you. He must be able to carry the weight of your soul and the power you hold. Otherwise, he would break. Do you understand now?
The quantum field always knows who belongs to whom. The only question is whether you recognize each other when the time comes.
Now go, and make peace. What matters is not what has happened… but what he chooses to do."
What do you think? To which star type is your soul assigned?
