It also manages other biological processes like hunger 🍽️ and body temperature 🌡️. So, get outside for 5-10 mins each morning! 3/ Afternoon sunlight 🌤️ is a great "anchor point" for your body's time/season recognition. It helps your brain 🧠 start the process of transitioning to sleep. Plus, it helps buffer against the effects of artificial light exposure in the late evenings. 4/ Bright overhead lights 💡 in the morning and until midafternoon can help release dopamine, norepinephrine, and cortisol, optimizing your alertness and focus.
