NEW: ICE confirms that the suspect arrested in Colorado for allegedly raping his employer’s 14 y/o daughter while living in his employer’s basement is a Venezuelan illegal alien who was caught & released at the TX border by the Biden/Harris admin in September 2023. ICE has lodged a detainer against him with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s yet another case of an innocent person allegedly victimized by a Venezuelan illegal immigrant who was in federal custody - then released into the U.S.
