Key Lime-Blueberry Tart at the Jolly Holiday in Disneyland. DisneyBuff Rating 9/10! This tart really surprised us. All of it was delicious. The blueberry filling sandwiched between the key lime filling and crust was a good twist to your everyday key lime dessert. Overall, it wasn’t overly sweet and had just the right amount of tartness. Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake at Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta. DisneyBuff Rating 7/10. Let’s just say it was decent cheesecake but not overly amazing either. It was rich and dense but not overly sweet. It could’ve been more appropriate over Christmas than during the summer months. Churro Cupcake at Craftsman Grill in the Disney Grand Californian Hotel. DisneyBuff Rating 4/10. Presentation gets a 10/10. It was such a beautiful cupcake but we were disappointed when we cut into it and saw that most of it was frosting. The frosting itself was cinnamon sugar flavored topped with a good sweet crunch from the streussal. When we finally got to the cake, it was actually delicious. It’s just too bad there wasn’t more of it. Apple Pie Churro at Willie’s Churro Cart in Disney California Adventure. DisneyBuff Rating 5/10. Great presentation but when split between two churro halves, there wasn’t enough apple pie for both. You couldn’t taste the filling so all you really got was whipped cream. This is probably highly dependent on who is manning the churro cart. The Stumpfest Cake from Plaza Inn. BuffDisney Rating 2/10! This cake is one of the specialty food items in honor Bluey coming into the parks. I had high hopes for this cause I've come to appreciate Bluey. However, sadly, this cake does not hold up to the character. This cake was too sweet and tasteless. I couldn't even finish it (and I hate wasting food). It looked so good in the picture but it really lacked flavor. It had the thickened consistency of Campbell’s Alphabet Soup. Craftsman Grill Hot Dog of the Month, June 2026: The Night Market Dog. This Thai inspired hot dog was delicious. DisneyBuff Rating 9/10! The hot dog was a good sausage and the bun perfectly toasted. The cilantro and lime added a freshness while the papaya slaw reminded me of thai papaya salad. The sweet potato tots were sweet and good without any sauce.
