Day 2! National Community Development Week celebrates HOME funded projects like Phoenix Flats. This multi-family development is a 5-story mixed-use building, 45 affordable studio 1 bedroom apts for residents 55 (11 units for long term stayers of the City shelter). #CDWeek2024

Phoenix Flats is a five-story mixed-use building of 45 affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments for residents age 55 on former city-owned property. In 2019, the City Council approved $499,066 in HOME funding, $200,000 in CDBG, $136,734 in Housing Trust funding, and Affordable Housing Tax Increment Financing for this Middle Street neighborhood development.
