Shop time with my little girl — today we installed the Enviolo AUTOMATiQ automatic shifter on the CARGOCYCLE. First step: mounting the unit. Second step: connecting the controller via Bluetooth. Third step: taking it for a spin — and wow, the difference is unreal. No more manual shifting, no more searching for the right gear. The system adjusts automatically, keeping the ride smooth whether you’re hauling heavy cargo or cruising light. ⚙️ Quick Specs: - Automatic gear shifting based on cadence - Bluetooth connectivity for easy setup & adjustments - Low maintenance — sealed hub design - Built for cargo loads everyday rides The best part? Sharing the install process with my daughter. She got to see the tech side and enjoy the payoff of that first test ride. This is what it’s all about — building bikes, building memories. #CARGOCYCLE #EnvioloAutomatIQ #AutomaticShifting #CargoBikeLife #FamilyInTheShop #BikeTech #BluetoothShifter #Micromobility #CSProLoad #EbikeInnovation #BikeEngineering #RideSmooth #FamilyBusiness #WorkshopVibes #StartupJourney #ModernMobility #RealWorldTesting #RideCARGOCYCLE

Out in the desert with the CS, I caught a leg cramp mid‑ride. Not glamorous. Not epic. But real. Here’s the thing: When you’re building something — whether it’s a product, a business, or a dream — you go all in. Late nights. Early mornings. Skipped meals. No breaks. You tell yourself, “I’ll rest later.” But your body doesn’t wait. It sends you reminders — like my cramp did — that you can’t pour from an empty cup. Hydrate. Stretch. Sleep. Take care of yourself. Because the work doesn’t matter if you burn yourself out. The bike? It was fine. Me? Not so much. And honestly, I’m okay showing that side. Because not everyone on social media does. Most people post the highlight reel — I’m just here showing the blooper reel too. So yeah, I cramped. I laughed. I kept going. Because if you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re doing it wrong. #CARGOCYCLE #RealNotPerfect #StartupJourney #EntrepreneurLife #HealthyHustle #ListenToYourBody #BikeStory #CSProLoad #WorkLifeBalance #ShowTheReal #SocialMediaReality #BusinessOwnerLife #FunnyFail #RideCARGOCYCLE #AuthenticityWins

How it started: With a cargo bike we owned — back then, it was the benchmark. It did a lot of things right, and it gave us a starting point… but it also raised a lot of questions. And that’s when the idea hit: What if we built our own? (There’s a long story behind that — and yes, we’ll share it in another video.) How it’s going: Today we’re rolling two CS models through our own shop. Designed from the ground up. Frame geometry, materials, accessories — all dialed to what we believe a real cargo bike should be. Seeing them side-by-side with where we started is surreal. This isn’t a concept anymore. It’s rolling. #CARGOCYCLE #HowItStarted #BikeEvolution #CSProLoad #CargoBikeDesign #FromTheGroundUp #ElectricCargoBike #PrototypeToProduct #ShopLife #SmallBusinessJourney #Micromobility #Entrepreneurship #CargoBikeBuild #RealWorldTesting #BuiltNotBought #FrameDesign #StartupStory #RideCARGOCYCLE

All black everything. From the frame to the cargo deck, finished off with blacked-out carbon wheels. Clean. Stealthy. Tough. And honestly? It looks insane. But it also brings up a real question we think about constantly: Do customers want to spec their own bike from the ground up — or just buy a well-thought-out configuration that’s ready to go? Because let’s face it: Today’s world is full of configurators, dropdown menus, and custom color choices. Everyone wants their gear to feel like theirs. The right look. The right function. The right vibe when they roll up. But at the same time — people don’t always want to overthink it. They just want something that works, right out of the box. Dialed-in performance. Proven setup. Done. So we’re exploring both: ✅ Pre-configured builds for plug-and-play simplicity ✅ Custom options for those who want to fine-tune every bolt, grip, and finish Either way, we’re building something that stands out — and holds up. What do you prefer? Drop into something ready-to-ride? Or fully tailor your build? #CARGOCYCLE #CSProLoad #BlackedOutBuild #CargoBikeDesign #CustomEbike #SpecYourRide #UrbanMobility #BikeConfigurator #Micromobility #CarbonWheels #BuiltForWork #EbikeStyle #ElectricCargoBike #RiderChoice #BikeLife #PreconfiguredOrCustom #DesignThatWorks #RideCARGOCYCLE

Trying Out New Add-Ons – Part 2” Today’s test: A no-name Mud Guard. No branding. No hype. Just a part we found, ordered, and wanted to try out. 🛠️ Why? Because rain happens. One of the biggest questions we get: “How does it handle wet roads?” So today, we’re testing a full-coverage rear mud guard on the CS — not a high-end part, just a budget-friendly piece we found that looked like it might work. And guess what? So far, it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to. ✔️ Keeps the spray off your back ✔️ Doesn’t rattle ✔️ Holds steady over bumps ✔️ Doesn’t interfere with cargo loading 🔧 How it fits on the CARGOCYCLE: We mounted it to the rear stays using a basic clamp-on setup — no drilling or custom mounts needed. Not a perfect fit out of the box, but with some small adjustments, it tucked in nicely behind the rear wheel without rubbing or flexing too much. It’s currently handling urban rides gravel paths just fine. No mud on the frame. No soaked hoodie. So far, so good. ⚠️ Quick disclaimer: This isn’t a paid test. We’re not working with the company. We don’t even know the company. This is just one of those “let’s try it and see what happens” moments. We’ll keep running it through different weather conditions and cargo loads and let you know if it holds up. #CARGOCYCLE #NoNameTest #MudGuardReview #EbikeGear #CargoBikeLife #RealWorldTesting #RainReady #BikeCommute #UtilityBike #ThirdPartyTest #NotSponsored #CSProLoad #BikeHack #DIYMods #WorkshopTesting #FromTheGarage #BuiltForUse #EverydayRiding #RideCARGOCYCLE

Trying Out New Add-Ons – Part 1 Today’s test: The UNIT 1 Smart Light. (Link:support.unit1gear.com/onboar… We’re always exploring third-party accessories that can level up the CARGOCYCLE — not just in looks, but in real-world performance. Today we’re testing the UNIT 1 Smart Light, a rear light system that promises more than just visibility. 💡 What makes it interesting: The UNIT 1 Smart Light brings a ton of features: Brake light detection Wireless turn signals Auto light sensing Crash detection alerts App remote control It’s designed with commuter safety in mind, which fits perfectly with what we’re building for cargo, family, and industrial use. 🔧 How it fits on the CARGOCYCLE: We mounted the Smart Light on the rear frame of the CS model — clean install, solid fit. The remote control mounts easily on the bars, and the brake light responds instantly when you slow down. It’s holding up well in early testing, even with heavier loads and cornering. Sleek, functional, and super intuitive. ⚠️ And no — this is not an ad. We’re not getting paid, sponsored, or affiliated in any way. This is just us doing what we do: testing what works and sharing it with our community. If it fits the CARGOCYCLE and adds real value, we’ll let you know. If not, we’ll let you know that too. #CARGOCYCLE #NotAnAd #SmartLightTest #UNIT1 #BikeAccessories #CargoBikeLife #EbikeSafety #TestRide #RealWorldTesting #BuiltForUse #UrbanMobility #FamilyBike #CSProLoad #RideSmart #NoSponsorship #JustCurious #BikeGearTest #FromTheWorkshop #NextGenRiding

It doesn’t matter where we are with the bikes. Whether they’re mid-test, fully built, or still evolving — the response we keep getting tells us we’re onto something real. People stop. They ask questions. They take pictures. They reach out, physically — to touch the frame, to grab the bars, to run their fingers across the lines and edges. You can tell they’re trying to feel what it is. Not just see it. In this video, someone from the bike industry — who’s seen it all — walked up and saw our CS, the industrial version of the CARGOCYCLE. And the look on their face said more than words could. They understood the intention. The function. The design choices. They saw the work that went into it — the balance between durability, usability, and clean, modern lines. And they respected it. That kind of feedback, especially from someone inside the industry — it means a lot. It’s rewarding in a different way. Because it confirms what we’ve been chasing: Not hype. Not trends. Just building something that works, lasts, and turns heads for the right reasons. Thanks to everyone who keeps sharing your interest, feedback, and curiosity. #CARGOCYCLE #IndustrialDesign #CargoBike #ElectricCargoBike #BikeIndustry #BikeLife #SustainableMobility #UrbanMobility #EbikeDesign #BikeTech #CSProLoad #UtilityBike #BuiltForWork #ModernTransport #Micromobility #RealEngineering #FrameDesign

176 pounds of water bottles. One cup of coffee. Zero sweat. With the CARGOCYCLE (CS), this isn’t just possible — it’s too easy. The CS is built for the kind of loads that usually require a van or a forklift. But here I am — rolling smooth, one hand on the bars, the other holding a coffee, even around corners. That’s what stability looks like when it’s engineered into the frame, not added later. The extra-wide wheelbase, low center of gravity, and reinforced box mounts make sure nothing tips — not during loading, not at a red light, not even when you’re weaving through a tight spot. We loaded it up with 176 lbs of water bottles. It didn’t flinch. No wobbles. No sag. No tipping while parked. Just smooth, controlled riding — with all the weight where it should be. Because when your cargo bike is actually built to carry cargo, you can focus on what matters most: getting the job done… or sipping your coffee while you do it. #CARGOCYCLE #TooEasy #ElectricCargoBike #CargoBikeLife #CSProLoad #IndustrialDesign #EbikeUtility #ModernMobility #BuiltToHaul #UrbanLogistics #Microfreight #BikeDelivery #FrameEngineering #WorkBike #PedalPower #EbikeTest #CarryEverything #RideCARGOCYCLE
