₹4.73 LAKH DAMAGED. That's my VW Polo AFTER service. Been calling @volkswagenindia since 31/12/25 (Complaint: CCR251253309) The culprit? PPS Motors - VW's authorized service center at Old Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bengaluru. Their response? Transfer my complaint back to the SAME dealership that caused the damage. Even worse: I have CALL RECORDINGS where their CR head threatened to return my vehicle in "SMOKING CONDITION" and no one is going to help me if i blame on them. Which shows zero accountability.
