The ESOP plan is a positive move that many people misunderstood. As someone in the IT field, I can relate. It’s just an account thing. They are profitable and had ₹1000 crore in cash on books. Later they acquired OLX India with that money and now again have ₹1,244 crore in cash on books. CEO Vinay Sanghi is a very respectable person and I have great confidence in his clean and genuine management. I got Cartrade below its book value. My average price is ₹419 and a lot of conviction with patience. Book value ₹519. #CartradeTech
