Questa mattina si è conclusa con grande entusiasmo l’ottava edizione di “GenerAzioni per il Futuro”, il nostro programma di alternanza scuola-lavoro realizzato in collaborazione con #ELIS. Un’esperienza formativa intensa e stimolante che quest’anno ha coinvolto oltre 350 studenti delle classi IV e V provenienti da 11 scuole superiori del Lazio, Toscana, Umbria e Campania. Per loro, l’opportunità di avvicinarsi concretamente al mondo Acea, conoscere da vicino i nostri business, confrontarsi con i nostri professionisti e toccare con mano le sfide reali che affrontiamo ogni giorno. Il cuore pulsante del progetto è stato il #ChallengeLab, un laboratorio pratico di project management dove i ragazzi, divisi in team, si sono messi alla prova su casi concreti. Guidati dai nostri esperti, hanno sviluppato idee innovative e soluzioni creative, con grande spirito di squadra e tanta passione. I cinque gruppi finalisti hanno presentato i propri progetti, davanti alla nostra Presidente Barbara Marinali e al Management del Gruppo, raccontando con cura e coinvolgimento i loro project work, pienamente allineati con i nostri ambiti di attività e valutati in base ai criteri di realizzabilità, benefici per l’azienda ed efficacia della presentazione. A distinguersi in questa edizione è stato il team “I Pannelli” dell’ITIS G. Galilei di Roma, che ha conquistato la vittoria con il progetto “Palo Galileo”: un sistema intelligente di illuminazione pubblica a LED, integrato con una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici. Una proposta concreta e visionaria per migliorare l’efficienza energetica in ottica #smartcity. Un applauso speciale va anche agli altri finalisti per l’eccezionale lavoro svolto: - “C-02” – Liceo Scientifico Ceccano (Ceccano) - “I Messicani” – IIS Marconi (Nocera Inferiore) - “Current Flow” – IIS Giorgi – Woolf (Roma) - “Gruppo Funzionale” – ITI N.
