Here we have an Insurance company which deliberately has a #ChargeableNumber 1860 500 8888 for customer assistance (this number can't be accesed by a normal mobile number) & to top it they give a TAT of 3 Days to customers. Insurance is a dire emergency service....Anyone could require assistance at odd hours, in the midnight & assistance should be highly prompt in Nature. While this Insurance provider @Niva_Bupa openly writes 3 Working Days & deploys a Customer Assistance Number that can't be accessed by masses. People should'nt fall ill on #NonWorkingDays, eh People paying premium in Lacks with 18% GST and they deploy such tactics.
