At its peak, it even utilized massive Boeing 747s for worldwide charters and transported annual pilgrims to the Holy Lands. History: Okada Air, Nigeria's pioneering private airline, was established in May 1983 by Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion. Headquartered in Benin City, it launched charter operations in September 1983 with a small fleet to ease the severe difficulties Nigerians faced securing domestic and international flights. Now that Illinois lawmakers have restricted their use in public and charters beginning with the 2027-28 academic year, parents and students have strong opinions on just how much device usage should be allowed — and when. chicagotribune.com/2026/06/0…

Blaming the busses? They use them for charters for big events or to shuttle. I wld say never again. Terrible humans. I’m sure their team is proud of them.

All school bus companies need to pull out of New York. Losing buses and possibly a hurt or dead driver, and or students or those on charters isn’t worth getting sued to oblivion.

Enforced returns by plane cost the public purse around £48,800 per person in 2024/25, with air charters, escorts, and detention. That is an absurd tribute paid by the taxpayer to the very people who broke the law to enter the country. The burden should be reversed. Those who enter illegally should pay for their own removal. Where they cannot pay, compulsory penal labour should be imposed until the cost of transportation has been recovered. Then they should be sent back by the cheapest secure route available, including by ship. Punishment for breaking the law by letting your fly back like an Arab prince is ridiculous. There is no reason for removal to be comfortable, decorative, or expensive. It should be orderly, firm, and unmistakably punitive. A nation that pays lavishly to deport lawbreakers invites more of the same. A nation that makes the offender bear the cost teaches a lesson that travels faster than any government leaflet. Illegal entry should end in debt, labour, removal, and a journey home, that doesn't necessarily need to be comfortable or pleasant. There should be an element of lesson to it.
Who wants to see THIS!? DEPORT, DEPORT, DEPORT!

Everyone On X™ Keeps Asking,... "What’s wrong with these people?!" The Same Thing That Was Wrong With Them 250 years Ago In 1776. Read The United States Declaration of Independence. It Is Actually An Indictment Of Crimes By The UK Government. Read the Below Indictments And See If They Sound Familiar To The Present Day He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.           He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.            He has refused to pass other Laws for the Accommodation of large Districts of People, unless those People would relinquish the Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only.           He has called together Legislative Bodies at Places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the Depository of their public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with his Measures.           He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly Firmness his Invasions on the Rights of the People.           He has refused for a long Time, after such Dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within.            He has endeavoured to prevent the Population of these States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.           He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.           He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and Payment of their Salaries.           He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out their Substance.           He has kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing Armies, without the consent of our Legislatures.           He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.           He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:           For quartering large Bodies of Armed Troops among us:           For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:           For cutting off our Trade with all Parts of the World:           For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:           For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:           For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended Offences:           For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an arbitrary Government, and enlarging its Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule into these Colonies:           For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:           For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever.           He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.           He has plundered our Seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our Towns, and destroyed the Lives of our People.           He is, at this Time, transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized Nation.           He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the Executioners of their Friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.           He has excited domestic Insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the Inhabitants of our Frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.

Enforced returns (mostly air charters, escorts, and detention) averaged around £48,800 per person in 2024/25. You should make them pay for their own transportation by ship. I think forced labor is in order for those who came here illegally. They should work to pay for their transportation and then be sent back on the ship as cheaply as possible. It doesn't have to be pretty; there should be an element of a lesson to it.

Day in, day out in central London, the same scene: branded backpacks, turbo e‑bikes, riders mounting pavements and threading through crowds while everyone pretends this is normal. Parliament was literally petitioned to force fast‑food firms to make riders obey the Highway Code; councils and London boroughs have begged the apps to get a grip; yet from where I’m standing, nothing has changed. Deliveroo, Just Eat and UberEats sign “road safety charters” and issue PR about compliance, while the pavements outside my workplace tell a very different story. This is captured regulation: the law is ferocious with a mis‑parked hatchback, timid with the corporations whose entire model depends on organised rule‑breaking at street level.
