This week, the trainees have entered Week 4, which is all about fish.
Today, they had an exciting hands-on experience cooking lobsters and trying oysters for the first time. It was a unique and different experience for them, as many had never tasted oysters before.
We also cooked Goujons of plaice and Salmon.
Tomorrow, they will continue their seafood journey by cooking mussels, plaice, battered cod, and fish pie. It promises to be another great learning opportunity as they develop their skills in handling and preparing various types of seafood.
