To clarify on the above one character per map per server so you cant hop from an Asian chernarus to a ny chernarus but can go from one sahkal to one livonia etc. Similar to how you can only have a 1pp and 3pp character

just official chernarus and livonia, as u can now, sakhal and the new map would both be separate new character

I feel like Chernarus and Livonia sharing a hive works fine and they are free maps now for all too.
I think Nasdara and Sakhal shd have their own hives each if possible. Caveat being that is harder to know for sure until we've played it. The two new maps are meant to have unique survival challenges (cold and getting started from spawn on Sakhal, heat and water etc on Nasdara). If you can play Sakhal official for half an hour, get a water container, fill up at a spring and get an easy swap to Nasdara it negates the point of the survival challenge the map is meant to have.
IMO if you're going for more of a challenge, single hive for the one map only.

1st Bn, Chernarus 4th Light Mountain Rifle Brigade was assigned the task of attacking an enemy deployment near Vybor in Chernarus.
The operation failed after enemy artillery and counterfire caused catastrophic casualties on the task force.

Yeah I like that, or maybe base your character on the type of condition? Ie Sakhal and Chernarus can share character, since they’re colder, and Livonia and Nasdara share as they’re going to be hotter climate.

So are we seriously going to have six separate characters? One for 1PP and one for 3PP on Chernarus/Livonia, another two on Sakhal, and another two on Nasdara?You would be killing the only real reason many people still play official servers: the ability to transfer their characte
