Adding a Trader Joe’s to compete with the two downtown Publix locations would be nice. Avg size is 10-15k sqft. A Target would be nice, but even a CityTarget is 80-130k sqft (source: Google)

I’m with you — shelves are fully stocked even in #DTLA, which is already underserved by only three grocery stores and a CityTarget. No shortages to speak of here!

In the 12 years since it opened, its been joined by CityTarget and a 15,000-square-foot H Mart, both within two blocks. PCC will open a 20,000-square-foot market in Rainier Square next year.

North Wells in talks with a retailer for 40k sq ft of the corner ground floor. That's a sizeable amount in the Milwaukee market for a retailer. Can't wait to find out who. A CityTarget perhaps??
