๐๐ฏ "Why do you spread your business across multiple insurers?" ๐ฏ๐
โ๏ธ๐ "If you focus on one company, you'll easily achieve targets, foreign tours, vouchers, awards, and exclusive dinners." ๐โ๏ธ

They are absolutely right. โ
๐ผ๐ If I concentrate all my business with a single insurer, it becomes much easier to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives. ๐๐ผ
๐คโค๏ธ But I have always believed that my loyalty should be to my client, not to an incentive program. โค๏ธ๐ค
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ๐ Every customer is unique. ๐๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
๐ฉบ Different health conditions. ๐ฉบ
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง Different family histories. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ง
๐ฐ Different financial situations. ๐ฐ
๐ฏ Different expectations during a claim. ๐ฏ
๐๐ฅ If doctors don't prescribe the same medicine to every patient, why should insurance advisors prescribe the same insurance company to every customer? ๐ฅ๐

The ethical approach is simple. โ
๐ฏ Recommend the product that best suits the customer's needs, not the one that helps you achieve a target. ๐ฏ
๐ข Sometimes that means Company A. ๐ข
๐ข Sometimes Company B. ๐ข
๐ข Sometimes Company C. ๐ข
โ๏ธโ Yes, I may miss a reward trip. โโ๏ธ
๐โ Yes, I may miss a bonus. โ๐
๐ฝ๏ธโ Yes, I may miss an exclusive dinner. โ๐ฝ๏ธ

But I gain something much more valuable. โ

๐ฅ๐ A customer who receives the right coverage when it matters most. ๐๐ฅ
๐๐ In our profession, success should not be measured by policies sold. ๐๐
๐ฐ๐ฅ It should be measured by claims paid. ๐ฅ๐ฐ
๐ My greatest reward is not a trophy. ๐
๐ Not a voucher. ๐
โ๏ธ Not a foreign tour. โ๏ธ
๐ฝ๏ธ Not a luxury dinner. ๐ฝ๏ธ
