@SwiggyCares @Swiggy This is unacceptable. The restaurant is displayed as 0.5 km away, but while placing the order, Swiggy changes the delivery distance to 14.5 km and charges ₹126 as delivery fee. Despite raising this issue multiple times, there has been no resolution. This practice appears misleading and erodes customer trust. If there is a valid explanation, it should be made transparent before the customer reaches the payment page. Attaching screenshots as evidence.
