A Day in the Life of Real Estate...
One of the things I love most about this business is how relationships come full circle.
I originally sold this house back around 2010. At the time, I represented the seller—not the buyer.
Fast forward many years, and the buyer became my client.
Now, after years of ownership, she's putting the property on the lease market, and I'm helping her with the next chapter of its story.
That's what makes real estate so special. It's not just about transactions—it's about long-term relationships, trust, and being there for clients through different seasons of life.
You never know where a conversation, a showing, or a closing will lead years down the road.
Just another day in the life of real estate. 😊

Why I show clients the "messy middle"—and why the "big reveal" is a trap.
Most agencies disappear into a black box for 3 weeks.
Then they reappear with a pristine, polished final product.
You’re expected to just approve it or request tedious revisions.
The problem? You never see the actual thinking behind it.
I work differently.
I share the work while it’s still malleable:
→ The raw keyword spreadsheet before analysis is final. → The first-draft ad copy before it’s perfectly polished. → The campaign structure before a single dollar of budget is locked in.
Not because I’m disorganized.
Because you know your business better than any data tool does.
A keyword I’ve marked as high priority? You might know from experience your highest-value clients never use that term.
A headline that sounds compelling to me? You know it uses jargon that confuses your audience.
That vital context only surfaces when you see the work while it can still pivot.
By the time a project is fully polished, most clients just settle for "70% right" simply to avoid the friction of starting over.
But 70% right doesn't scale.
The best results come from thinking together, not presenting to each other.
