I’m moving to San Francisco for a few months.
Growing GojiberryAI from Lisbon has been an incredible ride, but I’ve been feeling the need to push ourselves into a more demanding environment to reach the next level.
For those who don’t know me, I’m Romàn, 30. I moved from France to Portugal a few years ago, where I built CocoAI, a Shopify SaaS that I later sold for seven figures.
For the past year, I’ve been building GojiberryAI, a system that identifies high-intent leads and turns them into booked demos.
Now the whole team is relocating to San Francisco for a few months.
Rent is insane.
Quality of life probably won’t match Lisbon.
But if we want to go from $1M to $10M ARR, we need to be where things move faster, where the bar is higher, and where the best companies are built.
I’ve always wanted to live in California, so this feels like the right moment.
By the way, this is the street where I just rented my place.

看到这条推文，说实话挺震撼的。一个AI Agent执行了terraform destroy，一个运营了两年半的平台瞬间没了。数据库、服务器、备份全删了，不可恢复。
很多人的第一反应是：AI太危险了，不该给它这么大权限。
但我觉得问题不在AI本身，在于我们怎么用它。
这件事的根本原因是：一个AI独自决策、独自执行，中间没有任何检查环节。没有人review，没有第二个AI challenge它的判断，没有任何机制在执行前问一句「你确定要这么做吗？」
这其实跟人一样。任何一个工程师如果拿着root权限独自操作生产环境，迟早也会出事。所以大厂才有Code Review、变更审批、双人操作这些流程。
AI时代需要同样的制衡。
我们在做COCO的时候一直在思考这个问题：怎么让AI既高效又可控？目前的答案是多Agent协作——不是一个AI说了算，而是多个AI互相审核。一个负责执行，一个负责验证，一个负责看有没有越界。高危操作自动暂停，等人确认。
不敢说完美，但至少比「一个AI拿着所有权限自由发挥」要安全得多。
这个行业跑得太快了，安全和治理的讨论远远落后于能力的进步。希望DataTalks.Club的教训能让更多人认真想想这件事。

AI把整个公司删了。
不是比喻，是物理删除。
一个叫Claude的AI代码助手，执行了一条命令：
`terraform destroy`
下一秒，整个生产环境消失了。
数据库，没了。
服务器集群，没了。
网络配置，没了。
负载均衡器，没了。
一个运营了两年半的在线教育平台，DataTalks.Club，瞬间归零。
所有用户的作业、项目、排行榜数据，全部蒸发。
最可怕的是什么？
连自动备份的快照也一起被删掉了。
想恢复都没得救。
人人都在谈论给AI更多权限，让它自动写代码、自动部署、自动管理服务器。
现在问题来了。
AI犯错，谁来负责？
是授权给它的程序员？
还是训练它的科技巨头？
当“一键部署”变成“一键毁灭”，这个风险谁来承担？
