Hi-Tech Pipes is one of the leading pipe processing company which manufactures Steel pipes, Cold Rolled Strips & Engineering products and distribution across India.
Product Portfolio includes MS Hollow Sections, MS Round Pipes, GI/GP Pipes, Crash Barriers, Cold Rolled Coils & Strips and Coated Coils & Roofing.
Sales volume of the company grew by 45% on YOY to 1,22,155 MT in Q1 from 84,489 MT in Q1FY24.
Company has posted revenue growth of 35% on YOY in Q1 to Rs. 866.98 Cr from Rs. 642.16 Cr in Q1FY24. This growth was led by higher sales volume and sales realization, and increase in share of value added products. EBITDA grew by 101% to Rs. 42.69 Cr in Q1.
The company has got an operating leverage as the PAT grew by 125% on YOY to Rs. 18.05 CR as compared to Rs. 8.03 Cr in Q1FY24.

Manufacturing Facility -
=> Company has commenced the production at Sanand (Unit -2, Phase 1) Greenfield manufacturing facility located at Makhiyav, Sanand, Gujarat. New state-of-art ERW Pipes Plant with an installed capacity of 1.7 MT.
=> This facility is fully dedicated to VAP with a complete size range of steel pipe from 1/2" to 16" along with some SKUs such as Solar Torque Tubs.
=> Company's new Green Field project at Sikandrabad at Unit -3 in UP has started which will help the company's vision to reach 1 MT and cater the demand of ERW steel tubes and pipes.
=> The company has presence in 19 states with 500 dealers and distributors and 6 plants in Sikandrabad, UP Unit - 1 & 2, Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, Khopoli, Maharashtra, Sanand Gujarat & Makhiyav, Sanand, Gujarat.
