A good conversation yesterday was abt 2 rescue kittens we've adopted, they're v. scared. Foster mom listened, reassured, shared practical tips. I felt worry dissolve. Good conversation is powerful. Ppl w #aphasia deserve good conversation too #CommunicationPartnerTraining

#CommunicationPartnerTraining is pivotal when considering care of patients with #TBI. A wonderful study showing CPT improved conversation compared to treating the patient alone or no treatment. This is a reminder to treat clients holistically; communication is a two-way street.
