GFZA strengthens ties with Kpone Traditional Council!

On behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mary Awusi, a delegation from the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA) paid a courtesy call on the Kpone Traditional Council, custodians of the land on which the Tema Export Processing Zone (TEPZ) is located, to commiserate with them in the celebration of the Homowo Festival.
The delegation, led by Dr. Mrs. Patience Agbleze Acorlor, Director of Corporate Affairs & PR, and Mr. Lawrence Osei-Boateng, Director of TEPZ, was warmly received by representatives of the Council, led by Dr. Seth Amankwah, Sanshe Clan Family Head. During the visit, the GFZA reaffirmed its longstanding cordial relationship with the Kpone Traditional Area.
As part of the courtesy call, the delegation presented drinks and a cash donation in support of the festival, which were gratefully received by the Council. Discussions also emphasized opportunities for strengthening collaboration, particularly in advancing community development initiatives.
The GFZA remains committed to building strong partnerships with traditional authorities and fostering community goodwill, in line with its mandate to drive industrial growth and create sustainable jobs.
