🌿✨ Rochdale Nature Heritage sessions with Forestry England ✨🌿 This week we had an amazing time during our Nature Heritage collaboration with Forestry England, filled with discovery and outdoor fun! 🌳🦋 🌱 We learned about the importance of looking after England’s forests and the incredible work the Forestry Commission does to protect them. 🔍 The children identified different mini-beasts using flow charts and posters — future nature experts in the making! 🚶‍♂️ We enjoyed a peaceful stroll around Roch Woods, taking in all the beautiful greenery. 🏡 Everyone got creative by building their own mini habitats for insects — something they were really proud of! 💚 It was so special to explore nature right on our doorstep — especially discovering green spaces many of us didn’t even know existed! #NatureHeritage #ForestryEngland #OutdoorLearning #NatureDiscovery #CommunityExploration @ForestryEngland @HeritageFundUK
