Dear @IDFCFIRSTBank, It has been 11 days since I reported a complaint regarding abusive language used by one of your recovery executives against my family in a WhatsApp voice note. When your team finally called, I was again asked to explain the entire issue from the beginning instead of being given an update. My question is simple: Has the voice note been reviewed? Has any action been taken? Or does the bank consider the use of abusive “F” words and derogatory remarks against customers’ family members acceptable? I understand my repayment obligations, but no customer should be subjected to such behaviour.
