After hosting a two-day Drupal contribution weekend at @omedia_dev , thinking about how much better the developer experience on Drupal.org could be. Without improving it, attracting young talent will be impossible. To me, it’s a no-brainer that this should be a top priority. Until the new d.o is ready (I can imagine how much effort and resources it requires), thinking if a simple browser extension could help with small UX fixes. Things like mentions in discussions or pasting screenshots or small things like that. Don't know how feasible it is though. #Drupal #ContributionWeekend #DeveloperExperience

YEAH! We worked on 28% of the issues that were worked on during the weekend (based on tagging). Work-life balance is important at 1x and therefore we decided to add one extra working day to the #ContributionWeekend with the result that most of the contribution happened on Friday
