It's always funny how westjet will never answer. A question on here it's always send us a direct message. So nobody else can see what we're talking about. And nobody else can shit on our comments. Why not just answer the people's questions? Instead of saying, call sun wing

This was our experience too. Travelling with family , young kids to meet other family members in Cancun. Couldn’t get a hold of an agent for “assistance” all day and evening.
Return flight from Spain we were unable to check in, husband eu passport and we 3, Canadian. Kids 14, 11 sat together and we sat alone, all of us, middle seats. We told the attending crew about the situation to no avail. Son was drunk on arrival at YYC, westjet ignored concerns.
Maybe you should reach out to the customer…

Last time I flew WestJet we waited 3 hrs cause someone forgot to fill up the plane with water..?
Yea give them a call and stay on hold 4ever cuz “due to the call volume our wait times are longer than normal” yet their wait times are the same 365days/year cuz they don’t care.
They cancelled our flights and I received an email saying here are ur options…options were blank!
