🐎🐴YORK DANTE MEETING🐴🐎 DAY ONE THOUGHTS 1:15 COURSEYOUDO - T LACEY A rare runner for Tom on the Flat, but in a race where only 1 horse has had a run im going to take a chance that this son of Mehmas is ready to go first time up ADVISED COURSEYOUDO WIN 2:20 KLASSLEADER - W HAGGAS Mr Haggas has a very good record with runners at York and this son of Lope de Vega should be ready to go fresh. He has 3/4 of a length to find with SING US A SONG on there meeting at Doncaster at the back end of last season, but KLASSLEADER is in receipt of 2 extra pounds in the weights so i can see him reversing that form. ADVISED KLASSLEADER WIN 2:55 TROPICAL STORM - A BALDING ROUSING ENCORE - R CARR I like two in this 6f handicap. The first being TROPICAL STORM who was an eyecatching 3rd at Goodwood last time and looks like the step 6f should suit. He has won here over 5f previous so has course form. The other is ROUSING ENCORE who won this race last year off a mark of 82. Now comes here off a mark of 87 which could be slightly high, but around 20/1 think he can run a decent race too ADVISED TROPICAL STORM and ROUSING ENCORE both e/w 3:30 REGIONAL - E Bethell He hasnt won since he was 3 years but has ran decent races including finishing 3rd in the King Charles III stakes at Royal Ascot last season. He has previous course form and think he could run a big race ADVISED REGIONAL E/W 4:05 MOMENTS OF JOY - A O'BRIEN She was 6th at Curragh on reappearance. She looked to be done for speed that day and the step suit here better and she doesnt have much to find on the fav. ADVISED MOMENTS OF JOY WIN 4:40 INISHBEG - K RYAN LUANSODE - C FELLOWS Like the earlier handicap on the card i like 2 here as well. INISHBEG was a very nice winner at Thirsk last time and makes handicap debut for a yard that does well at this venue. The 2nd one is LUANSODE for Mr Fellows who won well at Wolves on reappearance he also makes handicap debut and could out run his odds. ADVISED INISHBEG and LUANSODE both e/w 5:15 GREAT BEDWYN - R HANNON He won this race last year off 4lbs higher and although he hasnt won since he could be well handicapped to go back to back in the race. His last run on the turf was when finishing 4th at Newmarket in a race 2 grades higher so could go well again off the reduced mark.
