Never have I had a worse customer experience at a hotel than what I am having at @MarriottIntl @sheratonhotels in NYC Times Square. The staff was the *rudest* I have ever encountered - 6 employees standing around the front desk being rude and dismissive..

One of my children was sick and threw uo and all I need is new bedding, not the attitude and disrespect shown by these @MarriottIntl @Marriott employees. They ganged up together to laugh and berate while all I needed was help. This is disposable.
