Transfers after I explicitly said stop transferring me. Nothing but copy-paste apologies and “please wait a moment” while the clock keeps ticking ⏳ No shipment. No real action. Just delays, excuses, and policy quotes like that somehow replaces actually doing the job. Then I get told “we can cancel and reorder.” Seriously? After two weeks of waiting? That’s not a solution, that’s hitting reset and pretending none of this happened. 🙄 At this point it feels less like customer service and more like a system designed to stall you until you give up. That’s not support, that’s neglect. I’ve documented everything. Every transfer, every delay, every empty apology. This whole experience is getting posted publicly because people should know what “Prime service” actually looks like when something goes wrong. All I wanted was the item I paid for.
