США створюють #CyberForce: аналіз звіту Комісії з формування Кібер Сил та висновки для України
3 червня 2026 року Центр стратегічних і міжнародних досліджень (CSIS) разом із проєктом Cyber Solarium Commission 2.0 при Фонді захисту демократій (FDD) оприлюднили підсумковий звіт Комісії з формування Кібер Сил #США — результат десятимісячної роботи близько двадцяти колишніх командувачів, операторів, представників оборонної індустрії та незалежних дослідників.
Звіт фіксує висновок, до якого найсильніша держава світу дійшла після дванадцяти років спроб: наявна система більше не встигає за темпом кіберпростору. І найгостріше для нас те, що багато проблем, які США лише намагаються вирішити, #Україна вже випробувала на практиці — під час реальної війни.
Засновник міжнародної волонтерської спільноти InformNapalm @newsburko проаналізував звіт та коментарі американських експертів і підготував аналітичний огляд з прицілом на уроки, які може винести Україна.

It really was a fun time for me and Robert to play in all the Image Comic sandboxes. Youngblood, Spawn, Cyberforce, Savage Dragon, Shadowhawk, Madman, and many more. I got to draw them all. And me and Robert were raised on this stuff. The issue was a beast to hammer down, but so worth it!

One of the best uses for Youngblood outside of their own comic came in 2009 when @RobertKirkman asked for them to show up in Invincible War (#60). @RyanOttley draws a really fun Youngblood.
