Toyokumo $4058 announced the release of a new " audit log function" for four of its products ( FormBridge , kMailer , PrintCreator , and DataCollect ) that can be linked with kintone to improve business operations. By using this function, you can accurately understand "when," "who," and "what kind of management operation" was performed when a problem occurs, which will help in quickly identifying the cause and preventing recurrence. Furthermore, the newly added "Enterprise" course for these three products (kMailer, PrintCreator, and DataCollect) allows users to retain and view logs for three years, making it useful not only for troubleshooting but also for audit compliance (internal controls) required by listed companies and financial institutions.
