This is what happens when you don't care enough! 😕
It sucks, but it's for the best. 👍
My main learnings with DataFuel are:
- I can launch and make my first sales on my own! 💪
- Launching on Product Hunt and directories can yield initial sales, but it's a short-term plan. This is neither a marketing channel nor a strategy. 🚀
- SEO seems effective only after posting 14 blog posts. I can see Google driving traffic. It takes time, but I'm now convinced it's a great long-term strategy. 📈
- Product quality is crucial for reducing churn. My product isn't good enough. 😔
- Onboarding is vital for conversion. I'd say this is the most important task at the start. ℹ️
Key points to consider:
- You should feel passionate about your product. If you're uninterested after just 1 to 3 months, it's likely time to move on. Align with what you sell! In my case, I love AI, finance, and crypto, with 10 years of experience in these fields. I should find a way to align with them. ❤️
- You need a clear distribution channel or strategy. For DataFuel, SEO seems to be the winner. 🏆
