You’ve got to love city council. On the one hand they approve millions in police misconduct settlements aka police violence and then on the other hand vote down an expanded police oversight referendum. It’s almost like the police run this city.. Anyway #DefundCPD

Chicago is in billion $ deficit for the upcoming 2025 budget. CPD’s operations budget is at $1.9 billion dollars, they’ve spent an extra $75 million in overtime & settlements. Ion know how much $ was wasted on the DNC. Bottom line #DefundCPD & then #AbolishThePolice period!

And this is still our belief that we have to #DefundCPD & #AbolishPolice period. Police nor the unjust consequence & threat of prison didn’t prevent this shooting! 6 men were very publicly convicted of killing a Man Downtown & these shooters took two lives with no regard to that!
