Para cambiarle la región de un móvil de Jp a Global, rooteas después en el cmd: adb shell su dd if=/dev/block/by-name/devinfo of=/sdcard/devinfo.img adb pull /sdcard/devinfo.img (para hacer la copia de seguridad) usas HxD para editar el hex.

Доступен только fastboot. Я тут на радостях после нудной переразметки разделов нажал перезагрузку, забыв восстановить из бэкапов раздел devinfo, содержащий инфу о разблоченом загрузчике. Телефон думает, что загрузчик заблочен, не пускает в рекавери, fastboot только для чтения.
