#DeveloperLed & Councils that can't plan even with #PlanningDepts Communal chargers ? Not enough parking provision per unit so can't allocate & leave them open as "public" first come first served & #ParkingWars to add to detract from the quality of living

In a #DeveloperLed system that's not a surprise Govt been cowing & facilitating their every whim for years leading up to the crash, through it via NAMA & after it with incentives & grants & incentivising funds ALL which have led to poorer standards & BTR shoe boxes

….. or the living standards of its citizens Rooms with no windows Rooms that get less than required natural light you need the lights on during the day Bathroom opens into your living space / kitchen / living room #DeveloperLed & push for high density brings new lows

Selling the failure of Building Standards for years allowing poor insulation levels & Developers self regulate & shoddy workmanship to meet those low standards by flogging “the biggest retrofit by the state” If only they ensured higher quality building standards 😱 #DeveloperLed
