@Zoho has introduced new upgrades to its
@ZiaByZoho AI system, aiming to give small businesses quicker access to information across all their apps. The updated Zia assistant can now pull data from email, CRM, accounting, HR, and project tools to deliver clear, combined answers without switching between platforms. This helps small teams review sales activity, contract updates, meeting notes, and daily tasks more efficiently.
Zia Hubs, the document and file organization system, is taking on a larger role by automatically sorting items like signed contracts and recorded meetings into the right folders, making them easier to find through Zia Search. Ask Zia, the platform’s prompt-based feature, now provides a fuller picture of schedules, tasks, and action items by pulling data from multiple Zoho apps.
Zoho also previewed upcoming features, including multi-hub querying for cross-department insights and future support for third-party data sources. While the upgrades offer meaningful time savings, Zoho notes the importance of clean and organized data to get the best results. The expansion positions
@ZohoOne as a more automated, insight-driven platform for small businesses seeking enterprise-level intelligence at a manageable scale.
