This weekend I ran a small experiment.
Instead of building another AI tool, I built signal infrastructure for startups.
Two workflows, two projects and just one goal, to turn scattered market activity into actionable founder insights.
First experiment was

FluxA is exploring payment primitives for AI agents.
So I built an automated workflow that:
• monitors emerging GitHub repos
• extracts developer demand signals
• identifies competitive movement
• generates a structured founder report
One interesting signal surfaced quickly, Developers building agent commerce tools are repeatedly solving the same problem and payment infrastructure.
Projects like AgentPay and AI-DirectPurchase are emerging around the same idea of AI agents negotiating and executing transactions autonomously.
But the pattern is clear, the ecosystem is still missing standardized payment primitives for agents.
Which is exactly the direction FluxA is exploring.
The workflow then converts those signals into product opportunities:
→ compliance toolkits for AI payments
→ modular payment plugins
→ autonomous transaction management systems
Second experiment was

I built a workflow that converts raw ecosystem information into multi format distribution automatically:
Article → thread → LinkedIn → video script → newsletter.
All generated from one insight and screenshots of both workflows outputs below.
The takeaway from the weekend:
Early stage startups aren’t lacking information, they’re lacking systems that turn signals into decisions.
So I’ve been experimenting with workflows that convert Signal → Insight → Product Direction.
Curious how other founders track developer demand and market signals today.
