We were able to pick up a pair of COVID test kits in Chicago. Still testing negative even after having been in the same room with someone who has come up positive after #DisConIII. Will test again when we get to New Orleans.

I would be happier knowing who chose the “peace organization” for the reparations/apology funds DisConIII is paying to counter having received funds from Raytheon. I understand the reason given for the anonymity, but coming from an org that has already demonstrated cluelessness…

We stayed at the hotel, masking full time. We ate in our room. We attended the business meeting, and went to the filking and the Hugos. We also went to the dealers room and the con suite.
