Seema and Nidhi finished 1st and 2nd respectively in the Women's Discus Throw at the ongoing Indian Athletics Series–9, recording impressive marks of 58.16m and 57.08m.

Seema had already achieved the Commonwealth Games qualification standard at the Fed Cup, while Nidhi booked her ticket to Glasgow with her performance today.

🚨 Nishchay breaches the World U20 qualification standard!
Haryana's Nishchay clinched the Men's U20 Discus Throw title with a best effort of 59.12m, comfortably surpassing the qualification standard for the 2026 World U20 Championships at the Ongoing Indian Series -9.
The youngster was already in impressive form, having won silver at the U20 Asian Athletics in his previous outing while shattering the Indian U20 National Record with a massive 60.10m throw.
