I walked into the house today and heard Princess Abumbi being interviewed on a podcast overseas, and I just had to sneak a quick clip of her speaking.
She is such a powerful leader and offers so much wisdom.
But one of the main reasons I felt led to share this video is to show people a simple truth: you don't need fancy microphones and expensive computers for your message to be heard.
Heck, you don't even need a studio to record a podcast.
Sure, having high-quality equipment is awesome.
But when we don't have it, it doesn't mean we shouldn't do the best we can with what we do have.
Half the world lacks access to the technology many take for granted, but that doesn't stop the driven from pursuing their dreams and making their voices heard.
Africans, and more specifically Cameroonians, have mastered the art of doing more with less. They always find a way to make it work, even when it looks impossible.
To create endless revenue streams, sometimes all you need is a phone, access to the internet, a willingness to tap into your God-given gifts, and the courage to share your authentic story.
When I came to Cameroon, I knew the internet access could be rough and that the technology much of the world enjoys wouldn't always be available here.
But I also knew there were people here with amazing gifts and wisdom that the world needs to experience.
Our main goal is to bring sovereignty to the people of Cameroon.
One of the ways we are going to do that is by building a media hub to showcase the incredible talents of the people here. Our plan is global, but the groundwork has begun right here in Bamenda, Bafut.
This plan is designed to:
Help people break away from relying on charity.
Empower them to be truly sovereign.
Provide an opportunity to live in prosperity through their own efforts.
We have very few resources here to make this happen, but that will not stop us from being heard.
Our first media hub is in the process of being launched, and this facility will be the launching pad for so many here in Cameroon.
With each step of faith we take, we know that being good stewards of what we do have—even when it's limited—will be rewarded in God's perfect timing.
"God didn't give us dreams and visions to mock us; He gave them to show us what's possible for our lives."
