Some of the workers tried to flee into the woods, which suggests these are just dumb favela kids who not only couldn't remember to doublecheck the rope, they couldn't work out in their heads that fleeing makes them look a lot more like murderers.
They keep saying about the girl in Brazil they threw off the bridge that they โforgot the safety ropeโ as if it was an extra piece of equipment and not the entire point of the whole thing, like they didnโt attach any actual rope at all, they just threw her off with no hesitation.

I plan routes using the online maps/GPS, doublecheck it with a paper map (amazing how often the online version is wrong), then use both on the trip.

Donโt rent houses out to tenants because this renters right act will literally result in fines if you do a tiny thing wrong on the paper even by mistake. Iโm a landlord but I intend to not take on any more tenants of my own. What you should do instead is rent properties out to charities or organisations for emergency housing and housing for the homeless or war veterans, etc
Social housing is a good strategy too thatโs when you lease or purchase a property then give it to the council and let them house people on their list.
I just make sure that none of my properties house asylum seeker because Iโm not into that I doublecheck who Iโm renting to. But itโs actually very passive because the council will take care of everything and pay you guaranteed rent or for example the charity.
One of the cottages I have Im just about to rent to a charity and they home two homeless people. They are paying me over double the rent I would receive if I rented it the normal Way. Plus itโs risk free because when you rent to an organisation or a housing Association all the council for emergency housing none of that comes under the renters right act so you risk free is a landlord.
