@DrakeSoftware Why did it take almost half of the year to get the WI withholding tables updated!? I now have to explain this to my clients who have to explain it to their employees. You really should focus less on that survey and more on your customers!
@GruntWorx - I was mostly avoiding your product this year due to the huge price increase and lack of visibility to my balance, but I gave it a try and it was truly awful- not one document scanned was correct/usable and I spent more time cleaning up the mess than it would have taken me to do the data entry myself. Like @DrakeSoftware you seem to have made the decision to do less for more. #TaxTwitter#sad
So today I made my 12th (!!) call to @DrakeSoftware trying to sign up for Drake pay and let them take more of my money. After holding for about 20 minutes they once again seemed confused by the question and were unable to close the deal. Oh, how far they have fallen! #TaxTwitter
We've used Drake for many many years. I've always felt their support was better than any software I'd ever used. Haven't had to call them this year yet.
I looked at other software last spring and stayed with Drake, but Im feeling a change is ahead for our firm. The program has some real glitches this year and no support!
This week - Banked 30 hours of CPE for the new reporting year.
Today - Figured out how to get Ctrl-V to work again in @DrakeSoftware tax! (Setup - Options - Windows Standard)
