Gen Z did not invent reliance on convenience. They learned the behavior from their very busy parents.
Mom leaving work early to shuttle the kids from school to soccer meant often supper was picked up and brought home.
Padding activity resumes for college apps had a cost.
Back in college, I lived on $900 a month.
That had to cover rent, food, insurance...everything. And I did just fine, even had money left over.
Even without inflation, I can't imagine any of Gen-Z doing that today.
Entitlement is outrageous.
