🚨 OREGON’S BANK HEIST: Tax Raiders Stole $20K from a California Woman’s Account — Her “Official Oregon Home”? A PUBLIC PARK Bench. This Is Due-Process Annihilation. 🚨 A 36-year-old California professional named Qiumin Zhu opened her Chase app one morning and discovered nearly $20,000 had vanished overnight. No fraud alert. No court summons. No warning letter. Just a silent electronic sweep executed by the Oregon Department of Revenue — for “unpaid” 2020 income taxes she never owed, in a state she has never lived or worked in. Their smoking-gun evidence? An address on file: Cornell Creek Park in Hillsboro — a literal public park. No judge. No hearing. No verification that she even existed in Oregon. Banks are now compelled to hand over your money on a state revenue department’s say-so, armed only with a Social Security number and a ghost address. This isn’t taxation. It’s civil asset predation dressed in bureaucratic clothing — a direct assault on the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment guarantees that no person shall be deprived of property without due process of law. Zhu called them. They told her the refund process would take five-plus months. Only after The Oregonian/OregonLive applied public pressure did the Department suddenly “discover” its error and mail a check. They even had a duplicate levy queued for another $3,500. Think about that. One keystroke, one unverified file entry, and any state can reach across borders into your bank account while you sleep. Federalism was never meant to become a license for interstate financial piracy. This is not a “mistake.” It is the predictable result of a system that treats citizens’ private property as a shared ATM for revenue-hungry agencies — with zero accountability until the press forces their hand. If they can do it to her with a park bench as her “residence,” they can do it to you tomorrow. The Constitution demands better. We should demand it louder. #TaxTheft #DueProcessNow #OregonRevenueRaiders #BankAccountInvasion #EndInterstateLevyAbuse #GovernmentOverreach #PropertyRightsMatter

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied: An Open Letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nigeria’s Security Leadership on the Continued Detention of Sheikh Sani Khalifah Zaria” Your Excellency, @officialABAT, The National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, And All Relevant Authorities in Positions of Power in Nigeria, I write this letter as a concerned citizen, deeply troubled by the continued detention of Sheikh Sani Khalifah Zaria by security agencies without being brought before a court of law. Nigeria is a nation governed by laws, not by arbitrary decisions. The foundation of any democratic society rests on justice, fairness, and respect for fundamental human rights. When any citizen is held indefinitely without trial, it raises serious concerns not only about the individual's rights but about the integrity of our legal and security institutions. The prolonged detention of Sheikh Sani Khalifah Zaria without due process sends a dangerous message: that justice can be delayed indefinitely, and that the rule of law can be sidelined. This is not the Nigeria we aspire to build. If there are legitimate allegations against him, then the proper and lawful step is clear charge him to court and allow the judicial system to take its course. Anything short of this undermines public trust and fuels tension, suspicion, and unrest among the people. Your Excellency, Nigerians are watching. The world is watching. The strength of your leadership will not only be measured by economic reforms or political achievements, but also by your commitment to justice, fairness, and the protection of citizens' rights. We respectfully call on you and all relevant authorities: To either charge Sheikh Sani Khalifah Zaria to a competent court immediately, or Release him unconditionally if no lawful grounds exist for his continued detention. This is not just about one man. It is about the soul of our democracy. Let justice prevail. Let the rule of law stand above all. History will remember those who stood for justice and those who remained silent. ✊ Nigeria must not become a country where voices are silenced without accountability. We must uphold the principles that define us as a democratic nation. Justice must not only be done it must be seen to be done. #FreeSheikhSaniKalifah #JusticeForAll #RuleOfLawNigeria #EndIllegalDetention #HumanRightsMatter #NigeriaMustBeJust #DueProcessNow #TinubuDoTheRightThing #SaveOurDemocracy #AccountabilityNow

🚨 PARTISAN FUCKERY: MARINE VET BRIAN McGINNIS BROKEN ARM CONFIRMED—DENIED FAMILY LAWYER ACCESS WHILE SHEEHY WALKS FREE Brian McGinnis (@BrianMcGinnisNC)—Iraq Marine vet, Raleigh firefighter, dad of four, Green Senate candidate NC—disrupted Senate Armed Services hearing March 4, 2026, shouting truth: “We don’t want to fight a war with Iran for Israel.” “No one wants to die for genocide.” “Stop sending our sons and daughters to die for genocide.” Capitol Police Sen. Tim Sheehy (R-MT, ex-Navy SEAL) drag him out. Arm catches door—AUDIBLE SNAP on Code Pink/Reuters/Guardian/CNN video. Broken forearm (reports confirm treatment at GW University Hospital, possible surgery). Charged bogusly: 3x assault on officer, 3x resisting, unlawful demo/crowding. Sheehy? Zero charges, zero consequences after grabbing/helping yank a fellow combat vet. NOW: Brian denied access to wife, kids, legal counsel. No visits, no calls, no attorney consult—even court-appointed. Family doesn't know exact status or location details. Surgeon confirmed injury to wife but radio silence since. This for misdemeanors? Unconstitutional bullshit—6th Amendment shredded, due process gone. Smells like selective punishment for anti-war/anti-genocide voice. This is clear partisan retaliation. America screams "Never Again" after Holocaust but funds "Greater Israel" genocide: Gaza 40k–70k dead (UN/NGO), hospitals bombed, kids starved, Hannibal Directive killing their own. Iran strikes—"Epic Fury" burning billions in missiles we can't replace—risking wider war for AIPAC/Lockheed donors. Ethical vet stands up? Empire isolates him to silence conscience. Sheehy: Bronze Star w/ Valor, Purple Heart—you know war's real cost. Why blue-on-blue betrayal? Why help break a brother's arm then let him vanish? Weak empire apologist. Pattern everywhere: Sudan famine/genocide ignored, Yemen bombed w/ our help (377k dead), Ukraine endless grind, $8T post-9/11 waste. Vets suicide 22/day from moral injury—no therapy, food, trees—just more bombs. Prioritize PEOPLE over lobbies. Brian's the ethical Marine who saw the light post-service. How many more break before we end bloodlust? Smedley Butler was right—war’s a racket. URGENT ACTION: - DEMAND: Drop all charges @BrianMcGinnisNC. Immediate family/attorney access. Investigate force denial tactics. - Call reps/Sens (@SenThomTillis @SenTedBuddNC @TimSheehyMT @realDonaldTrump @POTUS): NO Iran escalation, halt Israel aid, register AIPAC foreign agent. - Support defense/legal/medical (tag Brian/campaign for GoFundMe/IG links—$170k raised fast). - Amplify: Share this, tag @CodePink @MenchOsint @RioSlade @LauraMiers @BrianMcGinnisNC @TimSheehyMT. - Go Green/local: Run, volunteer, smash duopoly. Become/stay peace activist—start TODAY. Lives > lobbies. Benevolence > bloodshed. Never again means NEVER AGAIN—for Palestinians, Iranians, Sudanese, Yemenis, EVERY human. Not one genocide, not endless conflicts. Take care of people on this planet—END OF STORY, BEGINNING OF REAL EFFORT. Value ALL human life. End empire's bloodlust. Free Palestine. No war for Israel. 🚨 This Is Not Who We Are Masked federal agents. Doors kicked in. Children detained. Grandmothers pulled from libraries. Immigrants disappeared without hearings. This is happening on U.S. soil. Right now. PAXIS was created by civic leaders, rights advocates, constitutional interpreters, immigration defenders, and community members who refuse to stand silent. Because the law must shield, not shatter. Because constitutional rights are not optional. Because silence is complicity. 📜 The U.S. Constitution protects against unlawful raids, warrantless entry, and detention without due process . 🧭 PAXIS is the lawful response: nonviolent, rights-based, and community-rooted . 🛑 Witnessing is not enough. 🛡 Stand with the grounded, not the violent. 💡 Share the truth. ✊ Act where law and dignity meet. 👉 Support the response: paxis.app #ThisIsNotAmerica #DueProcessNow #StopICEAbuse #PAXISHolds #DefendDignity #KnowYourRights #ConstitutionalAlignment

@PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU @BenHundeyin We are respectfully asking questions that deserve answers. Why is a private citizen claiming to act on a “harmonisation directive from the Presidency” when the Mohbad case has already gone through a Coroner’s Inquest and is already before a competent court? Watch 👇🏽 #StopProxyPolicing #JusticeForMohbad #DueProcessNow

The inquest has ended, people have been charged to court, so why is @yomifabiyi still using @PoliceNG officers to do his dirty work? Those officers must be called to order and made to explain their connection with @yomifabiyi in all of this! Enough of this madness!

🚨 “Being a U.S. citizen doesn’t matter anymore.” — those exact words were caught on video as CBP agents tackled a sick Iranian woman to the ground while her partner begged for help. No badge. No warrant. No explanation. This is what authoritarianism looks like. Watch video here->tiktok.com/t/ZP8hvr4Fk/ 💥 They silenced him when he called 911. They threatened him for filming. I traveled to El Salvador to conduct a wellness check on my constituent, Kilmar Ábrego Garcia. I kept my word, but when I arrived, I was denied access to see him. Kilmar deserves due process and his rightful day in court. We need to bring him home. I won’t stop until we do. #BringKilmarHome #DueProcessNow

Arbitrary Detention and the Erosion of Due Process in Bangladesh David Bergman’s recent words highlight a serious problem in Bangladesh. The current government is doing the exact same things it promised to stop. People like Asaduzzaman Noor are being kept in jail without any proof or charges, just because they were once part of the previous ruling party. Justice for the killings must be fair, free, and transparent. Otherwise, it becomes just another tool of political revenge. We fully support justice for the people who were killed during the July and August violence. But justice cannot be real if innocent people are also being punished. Arresting hundreds of people with no proper evidence or investigation is not justice. It just shows that the government is more interested in power than in real reform. This is a betrayal of the promises made to the people of Bangladesh. It must end now. #Bangladesh #BangladeshCrisis #FreePoliticalPrisoners #DueProcessNow #DueProcess #ArbitraryDetention @UNHumanRights @amnesty @amnestysasia @hrw @TheDavidBergman @netranews @thedailystar @IPUparliament @bdnews24com @guardian @BBCWorld @AlJazeera @ZulkarnainSaer
An important article. The failure of the #Bangladesh judicial and executive authorities to release from detention those against whom they have absolutely no evidence of any involvement in the July/August killings is a serious human rights blemish on the current interim government's record that they must rectify, and rectify quickly. Detaining, without trial, for months on end, dozens (likely, hundreds) of people without any evidence is what the Awami League government did - not something that you would expect from a new government committed to removing the stain of the previous government's authoritarianism. It is of course absolutely crucial to hold to account those against whom there is evidence of involvement or complicity in the July/August killings. About that, there is no question. However, detaining people like Asaduzzaman Noor - and there are almost certainly dozens if not hundreds more like him - simply on the basis that he was an Awami League MP and "must have been involved" is a stain on this government's reputation and simply continues the tactics and strategies of the Awami League who imprisoned Bangladesh Nationalist Party and Jamaat-e-Islami politicians and activists for the same arbitrary reasons. netra.news/2025/government-p…
